2. Service Appointments and Cancellations

6.2 Opt-Out Option: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. After you send "STOP," we will send an SMS to confirm your unsubscription. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up as you did initially.

6.3 Help and Support: For assistance with our messaging program, reply with "HELP" or contact us directly at 317-965-5634. Please note that carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

6.4 Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. You may receive up to 7 messages weekly, with the possibility of receiving more messages in response to your interactions.
